- A copy of the non-sensitive test PDF (if the issue is file-specific).
Pro Tip for Sellers: If you are experiencing a crop failure, first check if the original PDF is high quality and not a photographed image. Scanned PDFs do not contain text metadata, making automatic cropping impossible. For scanned labels, you can always use our custom manual cropper!
